PFEC have established a long-term business relationship with Bakehouse since many years ago. We have worked together on several projects before. We are so excited to hear its new shop opening recently. Apart from kitchen design, we installed WIESHEU baking oven for Bakehouse. Different kinds of delicious bread are daily baked by those ovens.
Bakehouse classics, such as the signature egg tarts, freshly made by the on-site oven gives the tarts an extra layer of crunchy texture. High-quality eggs provide the tarts with a smoother and stronger-flavored custard filling. Customers can taste the sweetness from the tart after a bite. Croissant is another signature product of Bakehouse. The baking oven gives croissants a beautiful golden-brown color, mixed with a crisp and buttery taste. These all are the components of a perfect croissant.
A control unit has been installed in WIESHEU baking oven. It supports programming manually for each kind of product. For example, the baking program for croissants. The product program can copy to the next stores once it is developed. Hence, the food quality can be standardised and create positive word-of-mouth for the brand.

They used Rational iVario 2-XS, which is including boils, fries and deep-fries functions and allows you to cook different dishes on the same pan for different temperatures. For example making burger, you can divide pan into a total of four zones. You can bake bread, fry hamburg steak, bacon and side dishes at the same time. You can also set a timer for reminders. Dishes are completed in just a few minutes, increasing flexibility during high traffic and limited labor and helping KIN Food Halls to expand its restaurant business.

Everyday before 8:00am to 6:00pm, you will see people queuing in front of the bakery. It’s the popular bakery Bakehouse has finally opened their third branch in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Bakehouse's signature are sourdough egg tarts and croissant. Their new branch is small, but all the bread is made in store. They have a cold room for storing ingredients and four Wieshew ovens for baking. The unique feature of the Wiesheu oven is that the door is hidden away when opened, providing Bakehouse with more room to work in a limited space!
